Homemade Honey Almond Granola

Ingredients-

1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

1/4 cup of honey

1 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup of sliced almonds

1/4 cup of unsweetened organic coconut flakes

1/2 TSP of vanilla extract

1/2 TSP of cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Dash of all spice (optional)


Directions-

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a big bowl, mix coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and all spice until combined. Add oats, almonds, and coconut flakes to the bowl until everything is completely mixed.

  3. Dump the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip/stir granola. Bake for another 10 minutes until hardened.

  4. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Store in a container. Enjoy!
